Jesús has over 40 years of experience in Real Estate. In those years he has worked in the areas of single family residences, apartment buildings, commercial buildings and Property Management. He specializes in the completion of 1031 tax-differed exchanges and assisting investors in utilizing Real Estate as one of the pillars in long term financial growth. He also specializes in managing Real Estate portfolios for clients. In 1986 he founded with his wife their own company, Esparza Investments, Inc., a licensed California Real Estate Corporation.
